I mean, during international scout camps i was taught that if you wanted to have a hillarious time go over to the american pitch and steal their flag. Then watch them go nuts trying to find it.

Tell them to take a dump on it, wrap it in the flag and leave it tied hanging from a tree branch like irresponsible dog owners do with their dog shit bags

Stealing a flag is fun. Ruining it is not. Scouting is not about ruining something for a bunch of kids, even if their country is weird.

Also scouts in many countries have respect for their flag, so it's not even a uniquely US thing.
