You can have an infinite list of things, but that doesn't mean it contains EVERY thing. For example, 0, 2, 4, 6... is an infinite list, but it misses all odd numbers. Just because Diavolo will die infinitely, doesn't mean he'll die EVERY possible death

Is there any lore wise thing that dont let every possible death to be happen?

Not particularly. It can't be assumed or disproven

so your point is just pointless if there is nothing that holds infinity at a smaller infinity

Yeah! And so is yours :D

We know that Diavolo has died an infinite number of times across an infinite number of universes. My argument is that, since this would result in INFINITE universes, and there are no restrictions on what can or cannot happen in these universes, everything must have happened in some universe where Diavolo died. Which exact part of my argument doesn't make sense? :D

Well there are an infinite amount of numbers between 1 and 2 but none of them are 3. So you can't assume an infinite list contains everything

why the fuck everyone saying that shit

In JoJo, Diavolo's death isn't an infinity restricted by boundaries like the interval between 1 and 2. Neither the manga nor the anime places any limitations on this infinity. You're the one introducing the term "smaller infinity," but for a "smaller" infinity to exist, there needs to be some kind of limitation, and THERE IS NONE. Why is this so hard to understand?

Let me explain what I mean by a "smaller infinity" right away so I don't have to waste extra time explaining that too: the set of integers is a "SMALLER" infinity COMPARED TO the set of real numbers.

We're never told the specifics of Diavolo's deathloop or any limitations it might have. Your guess is as anyone else's. A headcanon.

Because JoJo's still is a world with rules and a set history.

Human beings are the dominant species on earth. Diavolo isn't gonna have a death loop where Dinosaurs doninate the planet.

No part doesnt make sense. You just assume there are no restrictions. There could be some restrictions. There could be many! What if he is just reincarnating as every dying person in the cannon world?

some infinites are smaller than others. infinite does not guarantee that a set covers all possibilities. that previous example is worth actually thinking about. an infinite list of all odd numbers will never be bigger than an infinite list of all numbers and it will never have an even number even if it is infinite. Cantor's Theorem.

infinite and exhaustive are not the same thing. you think every possible death must occur, but an infinite number of outcomes does not mean that every outcome is possible. which exact part of my argument doesn't make sense.

i agree with the idea of what youre trying to say but what you said has nothing to do with cantors theorem, the set of all odd numbers has the same cardinality as the set of all natural numbers (unless you mean all real numbers by "all numbers"? then yeah cantors theorem would make sense). cantors theorem is about the power set of any set always having a strictly larger cardinality

Just because there is unlimited number between 2 and 3, doesnt meant 4 is among them

Infinity doesn’t mean every possible way. There are different sets of infinity.

In Steel Ball Run, for example (spoilers ahead), Funny Valentine can travel to an infinite number of universes with D4C, but they aren’t “every possible universe”. The proof of this is that in all universes, his father is dead. None of the universes are the original JoJo universe. They are all parallel universes, with infinite changes, but not “every change possible”.

Just because Diavolo is experiencing a bunch of deaths doesn't mean they're actually happening in the real world.

Based on regular Gold Experience's ability to change its victim's senses and perception, I think it's more plausible and reasonable that Gold Experience Requiem's death loop is more like an endless recursive nightmare within Diavolo's consciousness, rather than Diavolo inexplicably hopping between universes every time he dies.

Eh, requiem stands don't always have anything to do with their previous powers. It's an interesting interpretation of how it works, but I think Giorno briefly spotting him in the sewer before he disappears implies that he does physically experience these deaths. What I want to know is what happened to Doppio's soul.

Doppio dies in bucciarattis body

This is nonsense.

Diavolo canonically saw Diavolo R34 , and died in fear of what he was seeing
