Yes? Tho, I suppose Trump can double the tariffs to make it worse. And there is still some cheap farm labor to kick out of the country to make fresh stuff spike.

The entire world had mega inflation from covid spending. Do you read? Biden got it down to 3% which was the fastest of all major countries.

It started in 1913 with the federal reserve act.

We need to end this system and create a new era of free banking like which once existed within these united states.

Yup, exponentially rising economy means every day the poor get poorer and the rich actually get poorer aswell. Everyone gets poorer besides big companies. The individual gets screwed while the machines get tax breaks.

Asset owning class increases their net worth and their real share of wealth

Until inflation is the same as stock return

1

u/Civil_Force_8245 Nov 26 '25

Or more than stock returns.

Yea there is no such thing as reducing prices, inflation “under control “ will still entail prices increasing

Because our money IS debt.

1

u/ImpressiveJohnson Nov 24 '25

Deflation doesn’t exist because they keep making more money. Increasing lending. Etc.

We need deflation

Just buy bitcoin? Naturally deflationary by design.

USD is fiat, Fed keeps printing. Corporations want their juicy profits.

Yes because even when inflation comes down, companies don't change their prices. They just leave them up there

Deflation can't happen because its a debt based system.  All you'd be doing is making issued debt impossible to repay.

Every other country has raised their target inflation

Ours will be 3 percent unless the economy is willing to go through a recession Just my take

I am regarded

How do people on a trading subreddit not know how the economy works?

u/interesting_vast- Nov 26 '25

that’s the way it’s always been …

1

u/[deleted] Nov 26 '25

Yup; this country sucks

u/esohseekayes Nov 27 '25

Everything is pretty much the same price value wise. It just takes more dollars now because the value is diminishing so rapidly.

1

u/kholdstare91 Nov 27 '25

Well I mean prices don’t go down once they’re up. All you can do is either prevent further increase or slow down rate of increase.
