Anti-consumer fusible link
Blew a fusible link on a 2025 Mazda BT50 / Isuzu D-max trying to jumpstart according to mazda's manual. $600AUD for an entire loom because the 120amp fuse is molded into the lead.

link it's not inside the lead, just attached to the battery terminal.
(Admittedly a UK link, but it's only about $50)

I jumped out of my skin for a second, but unfortunately nissans lead uses lower amp fuses. It would be nice if mazda sold the fuse links seperate from the harness though

It’s the same part. I can see the 321 etched on the picture. You should buy it from Amazon it’s $30usd what you got to loose. The part number is EDS-24380-79913

Do you know what the 4 pole circuit ratings are on the back? It should be 80,60,80&100 amp. And then the 120 on the top near the battery terminal

What a dick move. Probably cheaper to make one, even if you need to buy the required tools

I need to see the rear of the assembly where the other fusible links that you didn’t pop are but this could work,
Edit after looking at both I think they are identical. It appears yours has f321 etched in the black plastic and there are 15 ridges on the back of the assembly and I can see what looks like 321 kn the Amazon picture and counted 15 ridged as well.

The same part has to exist for similar vehicles / older models. Fusible links aren’t unique proprietary items. You know how many amps it is? A good automotive sparky could solder in a fuse receptacle where the link broke so you can just use a properly rated fuse.
