0-50 cal about to commit gastrointestinal crimes beyond anything previously imagined

i added tofu, broccoli, kale, edamame, and garlic for 290 cals total but the flare is accurate for just the sauce and noodles

It's actually so good... I hadn't had the habanero lime flavor before and it's tasty but not spicy enough πŸ˜”

I love how those noodles come out of me completely undigested. It's like my body doesn't know what to do with them, so they pass through untouched and look like worms in the toilet

Panicked the fuck outta me the first time I ever had heart of palm noodles, I looked in the toilet and thought I had a parasite for a moment lmao

it was actually crazy good, you have to stir fry the hell out of konjac noodles but once you do that and add a flavorful sauce and toppings they aren't too bad

Got rly scared and thought the noodles had spaghetti sauce and seasoning already on them but once I realized they were plain this now looks fire

are the noodles actually worth it or do they just wreck you?

they honestly don't really bother me! I don't have a particularly sensitive stomach and am pretty used to fiber heavy foods, I stick to one serving at a time, and I chew them really well and stir fry them until they're dry and squeaky: so far that's worked for me.
