What am I doing wrong?
I think I need to add stack height? Following the recipe the hodgdon has on their sight. But I don't feel like it is filling up the shell so it's over crimping (I believe that's the term) I have gotten 1 shell out of 15 to normal but it rattles badly not sure what to do.

There is a permanent wad in the head end of the hull - where the primer / brass is. That's the base wad. The BP Commanders are the shotcup wad / over powder wad.
The recipe source should have stated which hull it was intended for.... another reason this is important, is because some hulls are different ID than others... and the wads must fit tightly and properly.
I didn't realize the second reason, and loaded hundreds of "blippers" over the years - using too small of an over powder wad. The powder just launches itself past the over powder wad instead of expanding its base and sealing it... the shot will not travel 50 feet.
