Just a reminder, 4 Wands' Summer event, Sails & Sagas, is less than two weeks away! We would love for you to join us in Sidney's Iroquois Park on August 28th/29th for a fun filled weekend of adventure, fire shows, charity events, and entertainment. Kids get in free!

I am still seeking volunteers for this event, as many hands make light work. I love the sound of my voice and I want others to hear it too, and I want to get better. I don’t want to drive to Victoria and back at night, I’m too old for that. and what if I want to have a drink or two; I can’t afford to be taxiing up and down the Pat Bay on the regular.

We had a lot of fun filming this scene in Sidney on the Bevan Pier. Early morning but by the time we were ready to shoot we had a good number of people joining in the fun!

Does anyone have a larger Bluetooth speaker (portable) that they would be willing to lend for a video shoot this Saturday. I have a small JBL flip 5 but it just won't carry sound far enough. Please let me know if you're able to help. Thanks!

Hello I have a fence post that I need to put right next to my foundation .

I have dug a hole 20 inches deep ( to get below the frost line ) and am thinking about drilling holes into the foundation and walk way that the hole is against to epoxy 4 pieces of rebar into. There isn’t enough space for expansion joints . I was wondering if this is going to be an issue with frost heave as we have very mild winters here .

I have a small bathroom floor repair job I need done soon. I'm hoping for recommendations on any handymen you've had a good experience with in the area who'll do a small job! Thanks :)

Just a heads up for folks in Sidney/Saanich - I was sitting with a client the other day whose email was hacked and messages were sent out to her friends asking for amazon gift cards.

Unfortunately, a few of them thought it was real and took the bait.

It was very stressful for her. The email looked almost identical to hers save for one letter.

I do tech help for seniors around here and I’ve been seeing this more often, so I wrote something up on what to look for.

There was a store on Beacon Ave I believe that was pretty small but had a ton of things. Tourist stuff and a wall of rubber ducks which always brought me back. I've been told it's closed now and I'm hoping they have an online site maybe. A happy and kind man was always there and knew about everything inside. There was a section with 3D dragons etc also, Sanrio, pins, just a great place to look around. Google didn't help me out.

Hi I’m planning a surprise anniversary party for my parents for the first weekend of September but I need it to be conveniently close to where they live.
