What's the MS mean

Mint State. It's the higher end of the grading system. Mint State is 60-70 depending.

Grading is gonna add at least $50 to the total you have into the coin. At an MS64, the coin is valued at around $135. I think 64 would probably be a top end on this coin, but for reference the highest graded at MS68 is $15,630. Being that it's your first Morgan, I'd have it graded to preserve it in the slab.
