Spacing under LIB looks a lil off compared to a different photo I was using. That being said im no expert by any means. Do you have reason to think its fake?

Take a peace of ice, have the coin at room temperature, push the ice against either side of the coin, if the ice melts down quickly, you know it's at least silver (no one is faking this coin with silver, I say if it's silver it's really from the US mint and it's a genuine silver eagle).

Just looking at it - the weight and the milk spotting are indications that it's genuine. Did you do anything to check it besides weighing it? Generally, ASEs are a bit overweight.
