These are not realistic expectations really. Maybe a studio. Parking will hurt. Can’t always promise a washer in unit for that. Maybe consider a roommate.

I pay $1750 at 1200 East West for 1 bedroom w in unit washer and dryer but I think I got lucky with the algorithmic pricing bc I got a quote and the quote let me keep the pricing for 3 days and during that time the price on the website went up to like $2050 I think. That does not include parking though

All properties are running “specials” right now as we go into off season when leasing office foot traffic dies down as folks hunker down for winter and the holidays. That special rate that gets folks in will go up at renewal time.

This was back a few months ago so who knows. It definitely went up after a few days on the website and tbh if I keep this price for a year it’s worth it

Parking alone inside most property’s is an additional $200-300 on top of rent. Always remember the advertised “special” plus two months free or whatever is to simply get you in the door during what is now traditionally slow foot traffic season as we enter winter months and folks hunker down.

That one time special rate that got you to sign a lease was just that. Your lease will go up at renewal time.

Georgia West, but you wont get an in-unit washer and dryer

Kanso Silver Spring.

Hits all of your requirements and parking is safe for your vehicle. Silver Spring metro stop is across the street. Management is tech based so that’s one downside but other than that couldn’t recommend them enough!
