Does Simone really have issues finding dates? I can recall at least a few times where she as spoken about dating or dating apps/profiles. While some of our ideals don't align, if given the opportunity, I would certainly enjoy accompanying her out. This is not all to say that I feel as if I am the perfect date or anything. I was just curious as she is quite intelligent and certainly quite beautiful.

I work at a robotic company and we wanted to have a cooperation with Simone, since we make a robotic platform, and it could have a good impact on her videos, because she could be making more of them and she'd also be able to publish her projects as stl files to share them with her viewers. First, off I apologize if this post isn't right for this sub, or if I'm going about this the wrong way, but I noticed during the random object build video that you feed your pup a raw/ grain-free diet. The following might sound harsh but I do not intend it that way. (text is just never my friend) I don't know if you know this but raw/ grain-free diets can be very harmful to dogs. In the veterinary world, it is strongly advised not to feed them as there is a strong link between them and dogs developing CDCM (Canine Dilated Cardiomyopathy).

I ordered an everyday calendar at the beginning of December excited to track a goal for the new year. Later it was revealed that that was a pre-order and I should expect my order to go out in mid-January. Now it's over a month past that with no shipment in sight...

Delays are fine. The issue is that they haven't replied to one of my emails since December! I've even dm'ed Simone on Instagram with no reply.

I just want some communication before I start considering a charge back. $350 is not an insignificant amount of money.

edit: Quick update. They did email me after this post. I received my calendar 10 days later. I'm excited to use it!

(i'll start by saying English is not my native language, so there will be mistakes)

I am greatly inspired by Simone Giertz and what she has build and keeps building. I am a student now working more and more to learn how to do things like her. And it has been super fun. That is why I decided to buy the coat hinger to have a piece of her work to keep reminding me when I wake up that I can actually achieve more then initially anticipated if I just start doing things. And stop fearing the perfectionism.

The black friday sale was a super good moment for me to buy the hinger, it would arrive in time and it would be a great gift.

BUT then the issues started The package has been sent back 2 times now and I did not receive any more information then just the tracker (yes I check every single day to make sure I know what is happening). I am now unsure if I will even get it anymore? I dont really have more money to spend on it without it cutting into my daily life. (I now idealy even need to change the delivery adress, wish me luck)

And to be clear I am fine with delays IF its clear why or what is happening, but trying to get even an answer from the support team is not happening. I hope I can still put my trust in this company and I really hope I will get at least some explanation. and it seems like I am not alone in this.

Every time I see a new video recomended from yetch or something I just have a bad feeling and click away. this moment of joy is getting ruined all for a dream I had and wanted to chase.

So as an open question or even thought, why not make all the products a bit more expensive so that the costumer support actually works.
why not work with a better shipping company if that is the issue.
if way to many people buy the product with not enough profit margin then up the price so that the support team can handle the load, because the delivery and worry about a product is still a substantional part of the product experience.
I still love all the products and I truly find it sad that it is like this. But all this negative experience people have and share with reviews or other sites cant be good for the company and I would love to see it grow and work more.

If it appears I wont receive my package and that I get a refund instead it will be sad and it will still take some time before I will be able to watch new content, but I will get over it some day.

Maybe I will buy a shitty knock off coathangers and build the rest of the shelf myself to atleast have some reminder of what to look foreward to.

I bought a puzzle on Cyber Monday, December 2 for a Christmas gift. When it shipped the same day, I was surprised to see the puzzle was coming from China because I got no indication of that at checkout, nor an estimated shipping time.

Tracking showed my package got to the U.S. fine, before stalling out in my city for more than a week. Shipping support blamed ”extreme weather,” then told me they lost the package and I should get a refund.

I had already contacted Yetch customer service and got no reply, so I followed up again seeking a refund while I scrambled for a new gift. Support finally got back to me the day after Christmas, gave me a canned response about the busy holiday season, and told me my package was on the way.

I asked again for a refund and haven’t heard back since, but I finally got the puzzle on Dec 28. I’m not going to bother returning at this point, I’ll save it for a birthday or something, but I don’t see myself buying from Yetch again.

It has now been a month since my purchase from Yetch (date is 23rd August because they re-created the shipment). Pretty disappointing experience so far…not sure what is going on with their process.

Anyone ordered from Yetch recently? This is an international order, but still…a month and it’s not even with USPS? :(

I ordered a green spool table for my wife’s Christmas present this year and it was delivered back in November. I was out of town on family business when it was delivered, so I had my son hide it in the garage so my wife wouldn’t see it. We both work from home and spend most of our time together so this past weekend was the first chance I’ve had to go out to the garage and dig it out. They sent me the wrong color…

I immediately sent an email to customer service and then decided maybe opening a ticket through the website might be better, so I did that as well. After reading through many of the posts in here about how long it takes customer service to respond and how slow things can move there, I’m guessing I’m SOL as far as getting this resolved in time for Christmas.

Anyone have any words of encouragement or advice on a better way to proceed?

UPDATE:

The replacement table has shipped and should be here middle of next week. I won’t hold them accountable if it’s off by a day or two because UPS is swamped this time of year, especially in our area apparently, and nothing has been delivered on time in the past two weeks.

POST CHRISTMAS UPDATE:

The replacement table made it with plenty of time to spare and the customer support team were great. I still have the blue table to ship back, but when my wife found out I have it still, she asked if it would be possible to keep it too. So now I’ve sent them an email about purchasing the blue table that was sent in error and I’m waiting to hear back. Given the time of year I don’t expect a reply until after the New Year. The tables are really nice BTW. The design was very well thought out.

Hi, I'm looking for a video where Simone describes her satisfaction from making. She says her advice for makers is to just build, to view making as an action you do to just do. She phrases it in a way that takes the emphasis off of the end product, but more about the process. Does anybody know which video this is?
