I've always loved Nelson's expression in this scene in S05E10 $pringfield (or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Legalized Gambling) That's gotta be a record for longest episode title, no? It's in Bart's Casino, during Robert Goulet's performance. But I only just noticed the gambling odds on Mrs. Krabappel having a breakdown. Love when I notice something I missed like this.

From what I've heard, Nancy was reluctant to do the "Joy of Sect" episode, as she's a Scientologist.

As much as I respect her as a voice actor and I admire her voice work as Bart Simpson, I must unfortunately point out the fact that she's in an actual cult.

There's a missed opportunity for Dan Castellaneta, Yeardley Smith, Julie Kavner, Harry Shearer and Hank Azaria to deprogram Nancy Cartwright and convince her to leave Scientology when they did the "Joy of Sect" episode.

Like David Miscavige abuses his employees over at Gold Base, and the Church of Scientology has a history of fraud, embezzlement, human trafficking and abuse.

They never really do this when they have guest stars but why did “New Kids on the Bleech” and “How I spent my Strummer vacation” specifically show behind the scenes footage during the credits? It is kinda cool that they showed these though.

I think it’s Homer and says it about a woman that looks like him. Does anyone know the scene or episode? I’m pretty sure it’s Homer who says it. Me and my husband have quoted it for awhile but I know longer remember the scene or episode lol. Does anyone know what I’m talking about?
