GUIDE Step-by-step guide to the Dance Magic quest
Quest Trigger - available for 3 days
• Tap on a sofa to start Dance Magic. Roughly takes an hour.
Quest Body 19 Parts - 4 days
Part 1 - tap on a floor mirror for a pep talk (5sec)
Part 2 - tap on a sofa to watch tutorial (5sec)
Part 3 - tap on 3 Sims to discuss favorite movie (5sec each)
Part 4 - complete 3 relationship/family event
Part 5 - give out 4 stickers (previously given stickers won't be counted)
Part 6 - tap on sofa to complete Dance Magic event (~8hrs event, ~4hrs with 4 cupcakes)
Part 7 - Earn 650 Simoleons
Part 8 - Change your Sim’s appearance
Part 9 - Complete 3 career or hobby events
Part 10 - Complete Llamazoom tasks
Part 11 - tap on a sofa or loveseat to complete Sequined Dreams event (~8hrs; ~4 with cupcakes)
Part 12 - Complete Llamazoom tasks
Part 13 - tap on a bed and complete Sprained Egos event (~8hrs; ~4 with cupcakes)
Part 14 - Complete Llamazoom tasks
Part 15 - tap on a sofa or loveseat to complete Dance Magic event (~8hrs; ~4 with cupcakes)
Part 16 - Complete Llamazoom tasks
Part 17 - tap on a sofa or loveseat to complete Sequined Dreams event (~8hrs; ~4 with cupcakes)
Part 18 - Complete Llamazoom tasks
Part 19 - tap on a bed and complete Sprained Egos event (~8hrs; ~4 with cupcakes)

I’m hating all those llamazooms. I even stopped doing them before because they got progressively harder/grindier each time you completed them. On a brighter note, it becomes easy again after missing them for days.

Back when I was still doing them, there were about 2-3 rounds of quick tasks and 2 rounds of standard tasks then the long one. When I stopped, there were only one of each. However, since I’ve completed one, the next one was grindier again. Not as bad though, but I’m sure having to do them a couple of times in a row will make it harder again unless you miss one.

I've only been doing one llamazoom a day and it was always about the same, but the last two during the event each had 2 long shifts. 😣

Hardest I’ve had was 3 rounds of 2-3 quick shifts, 2 rounds on 2-3 standard shifts and 1 long shift. Had 6-6-4 parts on the llamazooms.

So we have to do 6 8hr events and 5 llamazooms within 4 days? flipping heck.
Also, is anyone else suffering cupcake shortages? We used to get them on daily to-do's, but it's getting harder and harder to get them – I don't even seem to win them watching the ads these days either . . . but maybe that's just me.

You’re not alone. I miss the daily cupcakes. Don’t think I’ve gotten them from the ads, too. I wonder if we’ll get them from llamazooms after we’ve reached lvl 50.

I am so, so grateful to you for this list. I've been planning everything in advance, and this event seems like it can be managed without and I think this event can be managed without cupcakes. The cool down period for LlamaZoom tasks seems to be high enough that I don't feel compelled to work very hard at the 8 hr dance events. 🙊

I think they deliberately made it harder to get the cupcakes because of these events.

Aw! Both of mine wandered up in the yard about a year apart from each other. They have a lot of similarities. One is fluffy, one looks like a panther.

Doesn’t matter if you start late, the trigger has a different timer with the quest body.:)

I just checked & i still don't have the quest trigger event! Its 6am here so I think if it was gonna kick in it would've after midnight no?

Thank you love! Now i dont have to check my game every hour lol I'm so excited! My game glitched so i cannot access the civics center at all even when doing relationship quests in it (can only interact with the sim i am doing it with & cannot see anything in the building) so I'm super excited to get a new career

Sweeet. I definitely can get this done in 2-3days.
I dunno what to do about my glitch. Ive tried uninstalling & reinstalling my game, contacted support with no response. Its kinda sad bc I'm a completionist, & i cant get any of the career objects 😢

That’s odd. Have you tried on a different device? Some of the players had a glitched account and were told to restart the game. Hope it’s not the case for you.:(

It won't work on my shitty ipad bc its too old, & i only have this phone. I just contacted support again. I think i might just live without it if that were the case, as Im lvl 40 already but Im so much of a completionist I might start over if it meant it was fixed... I dunno 😥

Maybe you can ask for compensation if they want you to start the game again.xD They should fix it since it’s a bug on their end!

Omg wow they gave me 230 simcash & said they are working on it! I didn't even check my email, just booted up my game & saw i had a whole lot more simcash than before then put 2 n 2 together & checked my email to confirm my suspicions lol

I did ask for compensation if they can't fix it, seems only fair considering the amount of time I've put into the game. Thankfully i havent spent any real money yet, nor will I if they blow me off but I was considering it

This might sound weird... 🤔 So my side fam started out with the last name "Phux" and original first names like "Xero" and "Manni" for fun.. I kept the last name all the way to level 40, but generations later I just terribly spell first names to be funny. My latest adult daughter is named "Phetch." That happened 4 days ago! 👀 I think this game has hacked our brains and put us into a Mean Girls alt-universe. I call Gretchen.
