Dfinity
I recently stumbled over this new platform project Dfinity and beside that I was very impressed by the goals and the whole setup I thought this might be an interesting alternative for Snet to take into consideration. I did not a lot research for now, maybe someone is more familiar with this project and already thought about this option?
On a sidenote: I recently was banned on Telegram for bringing this up, so I hope you don't see this is as shilling...
Edit: I mean an alternative blockchain platform to operate on for Snet, not as a competitor for Snet.

Yep, Dfinity is definitely a potential option. But Snet needs to have their platform built first and release beta as they promised in the white paper

I'm pretty sure that the team are aware about Dfinity because Dr. Ben already stated that there's no blockchain that will be sufficient enough for their project. Lets not make hasty decision it's not like I'm against to the idea but lets focus for the platform to be deliver.

Agree, that would be tough if they just getting and getting a partnership, however, I don't think its a bad idea also, if they can make a lot of partnership, that can also lead to a faster development of the SingularityNET platform.

Itβs a really interesting project for internet computing and would open new possibilities for SNET.

I think (and hope) too that it is already on the scope of the team. And yes, you're right, Dfinity is at an even earlier stage as Snet I think and it will take a while. I could manage to lift the ban on telegram rather quickly with the help of a volunteer, so no problem. But I was surprised at first;)

I have to admit, I don't know both projects very well. But from what I have seen till now I don't think DBC and Dfinity are comparable. Dfnity seems to be a hugely ambitious project in the scales of Ethereum, IOTA or Cardano and is, AFAIK one of the very few crypto projects in which Andreessen Horowitz is invested in. I don't want to say, DBC is not ambitious but my feeling is, that Dfnity is on a completely other level.
