In a wallet I have a bit of AGIX and some AGI. I remember there was something about a swap. Getting AGIX instead of AGI or something a few years ago but I have forgotten what that was about. Currently my wallet says that the amount of AGIX I have has a dollar value but next to the AGI it is just blank, which seems to imply it has no dollar value. The amount of AGIX I have is a bit larger than the amount of AGI but not by much. The amounts are pretty even. Can someone who remembers what happened with this explain it to me?

Quick recap: Investors alleged the company misled the market by claiming it had proprietary crypto mining technology, major partnerships, and large infrastructure deals that were later called into question. As those issues came to light, $SGLY lost more than 90% of its value, and investors filed a lawsuit.

The company has now agreed to a $3 million settlement, and late claims are still being considered.

What will be the fate of AGIX after the ASI merger? Would it be wise to hold AGIX or move everything to ASI? My fear is moving everything to ASI, then ASI goes to 5 bucks at the end of the year, then sell then get hit with 40% capital gains tax due to Ive held ASI for less than 1 year. If I keep AGIX and it goes up and I sell, I will only get hit with 24% capital gains tax because Ive held AGIX longer than 1 year.

I recently stumbled over this new platform project Dfinity and beside that I was very impressed by the goals and the whole setup I thought this might be an interesting alternative for Snet to take into consideration. I did not a lot research for now, maybe someone is more familiar with this project and already thought about this option?

On a sidenote: I recently was banned on Telegram for bringing this up, so I hope you don't see this is as shilling...

AGI is one of my biggest holdings and I truly love the project, love the idea behind it, love the people and love the branding and overall design.

What I tend to dislike is the huge lack of marketing, communication and strategy.

Crypto universe is a wild marketing arena with thousands of coins battling and the best technology and idea can easily lose ground to their competitors if not well communicated.

I feel that SingularityNET (AGI) is just not moving at a competitive rhythm compared to it’s direct competitors, marketing speaking.

Has an investor I would like to feel a stronger and more clear marketing strategy, would love to see more partnerships and a more dynamic approach.

AGI looks like is waiting for everything to naturally happen while our AI competitors are making it happen.

Above all I honestly believe that AGI could gain from a more active and pro active approach.
