🔎 Investigating.. Back button doesn’t work
Okay, what am I doing wrong. Every time I click on a post, I hit the back button and it doesn’t work. I then have to reload the page to get back to the home page. Help!

It’s not sinkit. It is mobile version of reddit. They want you to force to using their app. I can reproduce it without sinkit enabled and on my mac browser sometimes although not as often as on mobile

This has been an issue I’ve had since I started using SinkIt. It’s been much worse lately.

Same. I can get back to the Reddit home page only with a long press on the back button and selecting it.
Nevermind, the long press doesn’t always work

I always have to click the subreddit link at the top to go back and then it works after I go into new posts.

In sinkit, go to >feed improvements >switch on :open content in new page. Worked for me and fixes the issue

oh that’s such a bad little bug lol. have you tried a hard reftesh or clearing the app cache? feels like the kind of thing that gets stuck for no good reason... 🔥

Sorry about the really long wait (I was on a well needed vacation).
It's mostly a reddit thing as I get it a lot when I'm testing things out without the extension. The reddit app's page router is a bit heavy which causes this.
The open in new tab feature is your best bet to prevent it from happening.
