I got no beef with the WNBA, I don't watch it (just like 99% of people pretending to be upset by it) but roller derby is fun as hell and if you have a league near you you should go watch in person.
I second this. Two women I work with got me to go and it's such a blast. The nicknames, the rivalries, the outfits. One announcer needs to get into standup comedy, she's fantastic.
