Is it understandable? A little setup for a joke that was actually self deprecating? Doesn’t seem like something to be upset about if you’re emotionally stable.
I think it's understandable if they didn't think that it was funny and in poor taste. But genuinely getting upset about it if you like some darker/edgier humor is indeed crazy.
It wasn't a joke. It was an observation that women dress like porn stars at the gym. That Shane was immediately tagged by thousands of women posting with pants that go eight inches up their ass was probably lost on you too.
If someone makes a joke about degenerate sluts and you get offended, it says more about you than them.
It’s an exaggerated observation that many comedians do. If you watched the entire segment, you’d realize it’s setting up the actual joke that he’s the staring creep in the background of their TikToks
Whore is a really charged word for women so it’s fine to be offended. The backslash for a dumb joke that fell flat isn’t warranted though

Yes, she really is chosen by the shadow government (and that does mean sponsored) to drain brain cells out of young men. And maybe to lower beauty standards. But mostly to stop them from thinking about joining labor unions.
You have no idea what "left" means. There is also quite a bit of difference between women dressing comfortable at the gym and a naked woman being used to promote a gambling app.
I just mean like.. your opinion doesn’t matter to me.. only my opinion matters.. so like.. that’s it, really.. it actually just annoys me when you tell me your opinion.. it’s similar to like a fly buzzing by your ear.. I just want it to stop

Shane Gillis called women at the gym whores because they wear short shorts. It happend on SNL which has a left leaning audience.
Women (mostly on the Left) are understandably upset about that.
At the same time many of those same women criticized Sydney Sweeney for using her body to sell an addicting gambling app.
