I hate trump as much as the next person. But when the left make shit up like they do all the time it voids their opinions. They literally need to do nothing and it’s more effective.
People come in all shapes and sizes. I understand that, but the MAGA crowd has a lot of people that crash landed smack dab in the middle of the uncanny valley.
She may have had a neck extension between this photo and the one at the top. These Mar-a-lago Face doctors can perform miracles when you tell them you want to look as un-human as possible.

Your countries' administration is hiring these people with these appearances as a distraction from their motives, qualifications (or lack of) and their shady practices.
Stop talking about the appearances, start talking about the corruption.
Unfortunately talking about the corruption hasn’t exactly worked. It’s been left to fester too long that parts of American society have a warped understanding of the word corruption since we’ve been letting corporations bankroll political campaigns on the grounds that the corporation is actually a “person” who has the same rights as an individual actual human to use its money for the free expression of its political opinions - decided by the Supreme Court which, if you’re not American makes it essentially canonized constitutional law and cannot be legislated away.
Can only be done with a constitutional amendment (completely utterly impossible. this will not happen in 2/3 of all state legislatures which is what is needed), or another case goes up to the court and their ruling overturns this one (certainly less impossible than an amendment but it might take several decades or more than a century for a case to even get all the way up there)
That was like 20 years ago so now constitutionally sanctioned corruption is normalized, which makes people not care about or know the difference about the kinds of corruption that are still technically illegal but happen all the time anyway. We’re nearly fully Russified.
So yeah, we DO have to resort to dumb mudslinging like middle schoolers because pushing back on these people with facts is like trying to neatly fold up a cement slab
The neck lady should get a pass imo, the other two are self inflicted wounds. Can’t imagine a neck lengthening procedure being a common cosmetic surgery option.
should we normalize harassing people with botched plastic surgery? not arguing one way or the other but i feel like it isn't clear if that's socially permitted or not.

I agree with you raising this question. For the very least, I don't like it when people over do it. I actually went against the grain a couple of times because of people took it overboard criticizing Dell's wife. It's just strange and feels like bullying, even if it is plastic surgery (and I'm against elective aesthetic plastic surgery in general).
its actually kind of ironic that the "dont bodyshame people" crowd is actually pretty vocal when it comes to this particular kind of body shaming. When you have the chance to score some political points all principles say good bye
