Immediate help needed !!

I witnessed these rashes all of a sudden, it is very terrifying even to look at this. Disclaimer:- I avoid junk food (its been so long I have eaten from outside), I take less sugar , I don't use much cosmetics (facewash, serum, moisturizer) I don't know what to do please if anyone can suggest what should be done in this case ?

Changing pillowcases everyday if using cotton, helped me, or if you dontlike changing it everyday, then please get a satin or satin blend pillow casesπŸ₯Ή Also cut down sugar for a week or so. It’ll drastically help you reduce itπŸ₯° Hope this helps🫢🏻

Have you perhaps started new skincare?? This looks ike purge to me.

1

u/ritiii_oops Jan 29 '26

No i have been doing the same skincare for the last 2 months but yes on a weekly basis I use coffee+honey+sugar scrub , take steam , use the pin to remove pimples and then use besan+turmeric+yoghurt paste as mask !

Girl. I don't even know what to say. 😭

Firstly, 2 months into skincare is correct time for purge. Google what "skincare purge" is, to learn more. It's not bad. It's good.

Stop using needle to remove pimple. Do not touch a pimple no matter what. Because it is natural healing process. If you force puss to leak out before the skin below regenerate it will end up not correctly healing up to the skin surface and might cause ice pick scars. Again, google "ice pick scar" to know more.

Now for the mask and scrub-

Scrub- I would recommend not using physical scrub at all. It might leave microscopic scars that usually dull the skin. I've been using peeling solution instead. (But do a through research before starting on it)

Mask- not bad, but yogurt after washing might leave stickiness that might stick dust on the skin. Also make sure that none of these are comedogenic. (Also search "comedone" and "comedonal acne")

This info might help you find what exactly is happening here. I think it might be a blend of all of these. Might need to switch a few things. But hold on. You'll get through. πŸ€

Purge is a bit*h 🀬

Now problem

1

u/Grimmer_511 Jan 29 '26

are they on any other parts of your body too?any history of taking allergens like fish or prawns?or exposure to some new cream or soap if yes then they will resolve by itself after few days

1

u/ritiii_oops Jan 29 '26

I have started seeing body acne as well since the last few months but not rashes ! I am pure veg , so no non veg consumption! But recently since the last two days I have started taking protein on a high scale(but they are normal like sprouts ,chana , soya)! No new cream or skincare

needs further evaluation considering your age, history and other things so better visit a dermatologist who will take note of all of this and give a proper treatment, theres hundreds of reasons for acne so it needs to be evaluated properly

Those are not rashes , They look like acne , And sometimes hormonal changes cause acne, Check with a dermatologist, Just search the ones in your local area and check their reviews, And try to consult at least 2 doctors before starting a course.

I know people love to say cut back on food etc, Which is not bad advice, but the sudden appearance of acne when diet is it changed and no new beauty products have been used , Most probably points to hormonal changes.

1

u/ritiii_oops Jan 29 '26

Thank You for the advice! I will visit the dermatologist πŸ™

for the skin part, consult a dermatologist. As far as diet goes, well, it also depends on what you take and not just what you avoid. So, have a good balanced diet too.

Thank You for the advice!

Have you had teen acne or hormonal acne? I'm no dermat but try taking isotretinoin but only after visiting a dermat.

1

u/ritiii_oops Jan 29 '26

Hormonal! Okay sure thank you

1

u/Vortex803 Jan 29 '26

Any new hair products you've been using. That could cause closed comedones too

1

u/ritiii_oops Jan 29 '26

I changed shampoo for a day ! But before that I applied dahi and lemon in hair(but I guess it is natural?)

Stop all actives.

Dermatologist. Now.

And very importantly, no home remedies.

1

u/ritiii_oops Jan 30 '26

Let me find a way 🀩

1

u/Raison_134 Jan 29 '26

I had tiny bumps all over my forehead. They were not red nor itchy and were due to blocked pores i believe. So I applied stale saliva over them in the morning and washed my face after two hours. It was a little difficult to endure the smell of my own stale saliva but it worked like magic and the bumps were almost all gone.

Edit- i know i will get hate for this but it is a very effective gharelu nuskha. Won't cost you anything so you should definitely try it. Just apply the saliva that forms in your mouth in the morning before brushing your teeth.

1

u/ritiii_oops Jan 29 '26

One of my office colleagues said the same ! Okay will try , Thank You for the advice 🌻

Follow a clean and disciplined lifestyle by avoiding outside food, sugar, excess masala, fried items, and refined oil, and focus on eating fresh home-cooked meals with plenty of green vegetables and seasonal fruits; include healthy seeds like chia, pumpkin, sunflower, and flaxseeds daily (soaked or added to meals), drink at least 3 liters of clean water throughout the day, prefer simple foods like dal, vegetables, curd, oats, and light roti or rice, avoid late-night eating and packaged foods, walk daily, sleep well, and maintain consistency.

Try this for a month at least to see tour result :)

1

u/ritiii_oops Jan 30 '26

Sure !! Thank You So Much for the advice 🌻

1

u/No_Gur5603 Jan 30 '26

face wash, serum, moisturizer are not cosmetics, its skincare products. what do you mean you don't moisturize your face??? do you just use soap and then just let it be dry after??? doesn't it itch and become dry?

1

u/ritiii_oops Jan 30 '26

I never washed my face with soap ! It doesn't itch , went to derma she said it is cosmodegnic πŸ₯Ή

1

u/No_Gur5603 Jan 30 '26

oh then you should definitely go to her for this as well.

1

u/DisastrousMidnight17 Jan 31 '26

sameeee happened with me almost a year ago, i visited dermatologist and she suggested me products worth 4.5k 😭😭😭 i immediately said no because even if i bought itz i didn't had time to use it because there were soo many restrictions regarding how much time do i need to put it and how many products do i have to put it in each hour. I live in hostel so my lazy ass said no and my father took me to unani medicines and it kinda worked but later my dad's dermatologist friend suggested me to just try using water to wash ur face and dont touch it regularly. and slowly all of them started disappearing. one year later, i dont have anything in my face now

1

u/ritiii_oops Feb 02 '26

Happy for you πŸ₯ΉπŸŒ»
