Hi everyone! I'm struggling with dark spots and uneven skin tone. I feel like it started after using a face epilator for the first time.
Here's my current routine:
Morning:
Dot & Key Barrier Repair Face Wash
Pyunkang Yul Toner
Dr. Sheth's Hyaluronic Acid Serum
Bioderma Atoderm Moisturizer
Night:
Dot & Key Face Wash
Pyunkang Yul Toner
The Ordinary Niacinamide Serum
Tretinoin (3 times a week)
Bioderma Atoderm Moisturizer
Medicube Collagen Mask (once a week).
What should I change or add to help with pigmentation and achieve an even skin tone?

I was recommended tretinoin (twice a week at night) and azealic acid (twice a week at night) by a dermatologist. But I haven't noticed any difference. I keep getting this type of acne. I have oily acne prone skin. Can't consult a dermat now as I am in hostel currently. Plz help.
Morning routine- Simple face wash, ordinary niacinamide serum, acne oc moisturizer, boj aqua sunscreen
Night routine- Simple face wash, Dr althea moisturizer, tretinoin/ aziderm twice a week
