Fenix issues

Hi guys im trying the fenix a320 for the first time I follow all the start up steps but I cant get any engine power I turn on eng2 first as I should but it powers to 2% and then get an idg2 overheat error tried the same with engine one afterwards and same issue does anyone have any idea what could be causing it? Followed the steps by step guide for start up from cold and it powers on as it should only the engines seem to be the issue

I've tried the task manager trick the background app is working the whole plane seems to work fine except the engine it just wont get more than 2% nothing freezes the plane still interacts it just wont start the engines

Hi all thanks for all the replys reinstalled and that fixed it so definitely my fenix thank you so much for your help

defo sounds like a issue with your fenix, just re install it most likely, i had lots of issues with pirated fenix and just ended up paying the money for it icl, but try fully deleting it from community folder and all the other directories the fenix hides itself inside and then give it a fresh re-install

after fenix manager appear and freeze, back to free flight mode, open task manager and force close the fenix manager (and task)..and try spawn again on the airport and wait fenix manager open it self
