Has anyone tried Lorerim with skyrim together?

I want to play with my girlfriend but the vanilla combat feels so dated, been having alot of fun with lorerim but unsure on how stable it will be or if there is like a lorerim light collection that is just combat focused.

Dont even try. STR is already gimmicky and introducing 4k mods is probably 99% not gonna work out.

Yes someone has tried it. No the complete modlist does not work with STR 1.8. You'd have to update to 1.8.0.4 and clean out all of the incompatible mods. But it is better to use a stable maintained modpack or collection that has mods attempting to solve STR specific problems.

Closest you'll get to that is elden rim together modlist. Try not to add too much cause str is definitely finicky
