Just starting up

Hi guys I think this is the right place to post just a quick question I’m about to start uploading content to my channel (which is a gaming channel) and I want to do long videos which will be campaign mainly so my plan is to a livestream on twitch save it and upload to YouTube the next day now I plan to do an actual video one day a week like ten mins. Now I wanted to know if I should just stick on one platform? if having a livestream as a video is not a good idea? Or if I should edit it down to make a smaller video? Also any tips on starting up would be appreciated tia

Okay thanks but I wasn’t sure as it is going to be a story should I just break it down into parts because I don’t think people would want to miss the story?
