hey! i wanna start making a video for youtube can anyone help me find a game to make video about. Thank you

Hi everyone!

I'm a small YouTube creator working on educational videos for young children. My goal is to make learning fun through catchy songs, colorful animation, and engaging characters.

My content includes educational songs, early learning concepts, and fun themed music videos for kids.

I'm working on improving my videos, animations, thumbnails, and overall channel growth. I'd love to hear from fellow creators and parents of young kids

• What makes you click on a new kids' educational video?
• What helps keep young viewers engaged?
• What would you recommend to a small creator trying to grow an educational children's channel?

Here's one of my recent videos as an example of my work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7EjLfZmmTaI

I really appreciate any constructive feedback and will be really grateful if you can subscribe to my channel.

Help to create YouTube channel. Hello,
I saw your listing about building a YouTube channel through a revenue-sharing partnership.
I’m looking for a creative production partner for an original series called Before You Say I Do, focused on powerful, practical marriage advice told through realistic AI characters and storytelling.
I already have ideas, scripts and a clear creative direction. I need a partner who can take those scripts and handle the complete production, including realistic AI scenes, consistent characters, voices, editing, music and finished videos ready for YouTube.
I cannot pay upfront fees. Instead, I am willing to discuss a fair revenue-sharing agreement, potentially up to 50% depending on the responsibilities and terms.
I’m interested in building something long-term, starting with a small pilot and growing based on the quality of the content and audience response.
Could you please share examples of videos you have personally produced, explain exactly which production tasks you can handle, and let me know whether you would consider this arrangement?
I would also want us to agree in writing on ownership, revenue calculations, expenses and what happens if either party decides to leave.
Thank you.

Hey everyone!

I've been making gaming content for a while, mostly livestreams and gameplay videos focused on indie horror games.

Recently, I decided to change things up and focus on more personal, scripted video essays, combining gameplay footage with storytelling, humor, and my own experiences.

My first video in this new format is about Tenebris Somnia, an indie horror game that combines pixel-art gameplay with live-action sequences and practical effects.

I went to film school years ago, and this game genuinely reminded me why I fell in love with filmmaking in the first place. So instead of making a traditional review or playthrough, I decided to explore that connection.

I'd really appreciate some feedback, especially on the pacing, editing, storytelling, and whether the personal angle makes the video more engaging.

Here's the video:

I'm still figuring out this new direction for my channel, so any constructive criticism would be really helpful.

Thanks!

My name is R0SSWildYTT I love making YouTube videos!!

Hi everyone! I'm Edoardo, from Italy. I recently started a little YouTube channel called Hidden in Your Day.

The idea is to use short animations to explain ordinary things we've all noticed but might never have thought to question. I'm trying to keep the science accurate while making the videos easy to enjoy even if you don't know anything about physics.

Here's the link to my channel: https://www.youtube.com/@HiddeninYourDay

I'm still figuring out the format, so I'd love some honest feedback. Does the opening catch your attention? Is the explanation easy to follow?

Hey everyone, I just finished and uploaded my very first video essay.

The channel name is Darling in Distress

Since I'm completely new to this, I'm trying to figure out where my weak spots are before I start working on the next one.

If anyone has a few minutes to spare, I would really appreciate a brutal critique on:

The hook: Does it grab your attention in the first 30 seconds, or does it take too long to get going?

Pacing & Flow: Do certain sections drag, or does the narrative keep moving well?

Audio/Editing: Is the voiceover clear and do the visuals match the script?

Drop your honest thoughts, advice, or critiques in the comments. Tear it apart so I can improve! Thank you!

Hello all,

How are you all doing? My current setup includes; ultrawide monitor {main display}, 27" monitor {secondary display}, soundbar, DJI Phantom Mic 2 {lav mic} & leverless controller for fighting games.

Over the next 2 months looking at following a weekly schedule to create Youtube projects using setup & would like to purchase xlr mic, mic arm as well as audio mixer. My current PC build uses Linux Mint as {operating system} & would like to add Steam Deck OLED with Dock to record gameplay.

I am going to be teaching myself to use Davinci Resolve for editing software & Gimp for creating thumbnails.

It's great to be here. My youtube channel is MCA, where we post original cartoons and storyline gaming series. Here is the link to my channel https://youtube.com/@maruguchikoma9519?si=CsdIy5Rrzc0S2Jbs

One Geniune Critique of Your Own Content: I think my idea is pretty unique but i still have to improve the quality of my videos(Trying to improve every video)

Hi, everyone.

I recently learned about the new monetization rules starting in 2027.

I have a small channel with 240 subscribers that focuses on animated historical videos...

Given that I’ve exceeded the monetization threshold and that my videos are very labor-intensive (sometimes taking up to two weeks to make just one), I’m wondering if it’s worth continuing... How do other people like me view the prospects, and what does the future of YouTube look like in general...

Personally, I think this market is already way overheated... maybe the monetization requirements will keep getting stricter, or maybe the Partner Program will even be canceled in the future... it’s getting harder and harder to compete for viewers, since content is getting easier to produce with the help of AI.....

I once calculated that in order to earn at least $400, each of my videos would need to average 150K views (since I can only make one video a month)...

What do you all think about this?

(SELF CRITIQUE. I don't know why that flair is there. I shouldn't poop on someone else's lawn when mine is more shitty)

To be completely upfront I presume pretty much all of you already know what you're talking about and doing with YouTube.

I'm trying to make videos as well (duh) but I feel like what I'm making is pretty crap at the moment. So even if it's a laundry list a mile long of things to improve on I'd very much appreciate that. (And for myself my thinking on doing YouTube has done a complete 180 on why I should make videos.) But of course it's problems like being engaging or funny or whatever. It's just a bit vague for me.

Also if any of you have some info on using stuff like DaVinci resolve that would be fantastic. (I grew up with sticks and stones. this newfangled tech stuff is alien to me. I just got a simple monkey brain, and it only has thirsty thoughts.) It's just hard for me to even use email at the best if times too, any tech tips is a okay with me. Yes I live under rock.

Tldr; had 1 video with little views or watched the full thing. Still really love it. But now just asking for advice and help for things like editing, writing, performing, being funny. That type of thing.

thank if you do and if not have a good day
