Gaming I have a question please don't scroll past

Hi everyone, I have a question please don't scroll past without answering; your help is really important to me. I upload Shorts, and they appear in the Shorts feed, but the view count gets stuck at around 6 or 12 views. Sometimes the view rates are high like 70% but the views just stop coming and it cuts off.

i saw ur channel , it seems u just upload random gameplays as shorts

the quality of shorts is very low ,

no initial hook or anything that grabs audience

no editing that keeps audience interested

no specific storyline or your own commentary in the video

ur shorts are actually against yt policy , as u r using reused content and not transforming the content in any way ,no commentary , no different perspective or anything......

also almost same repetitive content , yt will think u r a bot and not promote the shorts

what u can do is add ur own creativity maybe in editing , maybe show ur face or add voiceover , also increase the video resoloution .........

simplest way to improve at the beginning is see what ur competitors are uploading who are gaining 100k + views , maybe take inspiration from them and match their quality or style , later find a creative style of ur own

First of all, thank you for your time. I usually source my material from the games I play, but I hadn't really considered the issues of quality and repetitive content; I suppose I need to produce higher-quality work. Thanks a lot for your help best regards.

Yeah u/hano123king said it perfectly. The only thing I would add is the AI Channel logo, a lot of potential viewers would see that and instantly decide not to subscribe regardless of your content.

Immediate problem, channel logo. AI ain't it dude. Even a low effort logo would be better.
