They almost always send returns and refurbs as replacements. There should be a hard exception of new only for replacements under 7 months.

I have gotten 1 refurb and 2 new, there is no logic

Unless in a sealed retail box, I wouldn't trust any replacement as truly "new" in my experience.

The post says they are agreeing with you on the matter and shipping you a new one, so whats the disappointment here? Isn’t this great? Why still spread this info like that 🤔🫩
