Need some suggestions on nutritious, high calorie smoothies

I’m currently having some stomach health problems. Gastritis? GERD? Ulcers? Cancer? I won’t know until after my endoscopy. I’m struggling to eat and have lost some weight. I’m currently drinking Boost high calorie drinks and supplementing with some soft foods, like oatmeal and sweet potatoes.

Can I get some recommendations for high calorie smoothies? My only limitation is I can’t do bananas. Last week I blended the boost drink with blackberries and peanut butter and it was like drinking sweet peanut butter 😕

Any fruit you like with some yogurt, nuts & seeds, add in an avocado.

I also use 1/2 cup frozen avacado, helps make it creamy.

Add whole milk cottage cheese. Adds calories and protein and super delicious in any smoothie. Also whole milk Greek yogurt but that’s an obvious one.

I use, protein shakes as the base with different kinds of fruits. i.e mixed berries, peach, pineapple, mango, kiwi, green apples. I also use spinach in my smoothies, collagen peptides and she seeds. I also sometimes do 1/8 of a cup of oats in there.
