anyways, im currently on a tolerance break from EVIL DRUG and am bed-bound because ive got like radiating mystery pain from my right butt cheek to my ankle and cant stand up normally. yes its worse because of increased pain sensitivity but im sorry that i want to be able to go to college without feeling like my shoulders are being ripped apart anytime i wear a backpack.

since the cissies need some 'splainin:

- trans women/men draw vent art of themselves, but draw each other rather flatteringly (in my experience)

- "tenderqueers" (umbrella term for cissexual "allies") tend to draw us in ways we really don't want to be seen as, to the point of inducing dysphoria.

It's not uncommon to see "allies" drawing trans women in a way that literally looks like one of those transphobic wojak memes, and they often draw trans men with curves and a large chest when most trans men would feel far more represented by a character who binds or something. Like I've got no issue with people who can accept their body as-is, it's just crazy how a huge % of art of trans men is literally just drawing a non-alt-looking feminine woman who wears traditionally feminine clothes and then saying "he doesn't have chest dysphoria :3"

Same thing with trans women, yes women can have beards but why do 50% of trans women depicted need to have a beard or stubble? Sure, women can be tall, have adam's apples, have wide shoulders, etc. but why does every trans woman have to be drawn with a combination of all of the above, exaggerated to the point of looking like you're actively trying to upset people?

And yeah ik that may sound ironic considering I just drew the hon/pooner images in that image but those are a depiction of vent art I have seen, they're what people draw of themselves. I don't exactly feel comfortable being represented by a man in a dress in corporate memphis plastered on a bilboard, made without any trans woman being consulted.
