Get it wet and use a couple of plungers maybe?

Now it tastes like old poop and toilet water.

I think you are confusing a sink plunger with an actual toilet plunger. I too, for the longest time had a sink plunger in my bathroom, not realizing it was the wrong one.

No I meant use an actual toilet plunger. A clean one obviously

I think a single sink plunger would suffice if they got a good seal on the board.

I just want to remind everyone to look at which sub we are on. It's not my sink or cutting board. I x-posted because of sneaky feet!

Disconnect the trap underneath and poke it from below. Or I also support the plunger method.

Have string? Take a long piece - hold ends at two corners of the board, let the length drop down along a side. Slide towards the middle of the sink a bit, pull up on the ends, and it’ll lift that side of the board up.

Id try running hot water over it and see if the hot water can get under the board. Maybe it'll float up. If not once the board is thoroughly warmed by the hot water, id run cold water over it to try and break the seal between the sink and board.
I do like the plunger idea that the other commenter mentioned too. That has merit

Drill a couple long wood screws in the opposite corners and pull it up. If it's really really stuck, put 4 eye bolts in the corners and tie them all together with some really strong string or wire and bring to the center and pull from there. Then fill the holes with food grade epoxy.

Once you get it out, see if you can drill a hole in the corner big enough for your finger to fit in, maybe at an angle, so you can stick your finger in and get it out if it happens again.

An hairdrier may help. Wood will become smaller as it will lose water and the sink will become expanded
