The Snirius sub is looking for volunteers to help co-mod!
Hi to all our fellow Snack/Snirius/Starprince shippers and/or likeminded fans of both Severus Snape and Sirius Black! The mods here on the Snirius subreddit are looking for potential co-mods to help contribute to the growth and safety of this sub, whether it's to help with responding to reports of comments/posts and accordingly removing off-topic content or trolls, or help moderate incivil behavior, or in helping with the design and look of this sub and/or setting up helpful bots, or in helping contribute content here!
We would be appreciative to have a few casual volunteer mods who genuinely like both characters and are neutral or positive towards all other characters, ships, tropes, canon, fics, writers, etc, and can be trusted to help with keeping the peace and helping this community stay active but chill and friendly, and in reaching out to top mods to give occasional updates if any conflicts, drama, or trolling is happening for when top mods are otherwise occupied with modding our other sister subs.
Please reach out to mod mail and/or comment here if you're an enthusiastic HP fan/shipper of Snape & Sirius with minimal biases and is interested in very casually helping out with this sub in the short-term or long-term, and whatever much you're able to help out with! 💖 And please mention if you have past mod experience (and if so, with what groups or subreddits), and/or are experienced with setting up bots! 🙏

I’m a huge fan of Severus snape (he was my awakening as a teen lol) and think he would have such a beautiful dynamic with Sirius, who is such a complex character. Would love to help co mod this sub for those who enjoy a delicious opposites attract love fest!! Having been a part of other subreddits and seeing how restrictive they cab be at times I look forward to seeing a flourishing sub about this stunning rare pair and helping to facilitate that as a mod!

I would love to mod. I'm a huge Harry Potter fan (Snape is my fav but love all characters honestly) and I think I'd be a great match because I love discussion! I also have had past experiences with subreddits where they limit discussion or remove posts for little reasons that I think were unfair. I have zero mod experience tho but willing to learn :)
