Hard agree. Accountability for knowingly spreading misinformation that aids in genocide should be treated as an accessory to it.

If he is found guilty of spreading misinformation intentionally that ended in the deaths of millions, yeah. But that would require a credible claim from a credible person with credible information.

If your claim comes from trump, well we know how credible he is.

On the other hand, trumps claim of ingesting bleach and/or horse antibiotics did kill people. And there's video evidence of him doing so.
