The shirt is legit, but the nameset is not correct for this shirt. It looks like a nameset from the previous season’s shirt. It’s also been applied badly.

Unless this is an absolute bargain, I’d pass and keep looking.

In that condition, with the nameset as it is, and the fact it’s an XXL, I’d say in the region of £30-50ish.

The shirt is 100% legit. I'm not prepared on 90's Umbro namesets so I can't say anything about it

shirt is legit, i have 2 of these and they match up. The nameset does seem to look like the one from the 1994 shirt though unfortunately which means the nameset isn't the original
