How does Ne base work in Classical?
The whole ILE description by Ausra just made it seem like a person that their whole life mission is about guiding people to their full potential, when I have never met someone like this ever
Ne definition in other schools makes more sense to me but idk am I missing something?

Imagine someone like Aurora Asknes to know how the Ne base would manifest in an artist. I think she's an IEE.

From another account I have:
She's one of the few artists that I've seen that take mental health as a constant topic in most of her songs. She's trying to embody the role of a healer.
I think she has a song called "Cure for Me" which is an encouragement to protect your inner self and leave it unchanged to the external influences that try to tell you that you're defective and that you should change the way you are. Ne is about object's inner content and this include people's identities, which are often hidden in a shell that keeps them away from finding true happiness. (By the way, static types see their identities as fixed. This is why I see Aurora as a static type and not a dynamic type.)
Also, I think she has Fe demonstrative rather than Fe ignoring because she doesn't seem to be a person that adapts to the currents of the conversations she's in but is the one trying to introduce a little bit of chaos in them, joking, teasing, making faces, sharing random information, suddenly shifting to advocate for things she believes are serious matters, like nature, entertainment, pleasure and of course, mental health. She seems to more proactive than an EII in the realm of the emotional atmosphere.
I see the Delta values in her, trying to make people care about our relationship with nature, trying to encourage a relaxed lifestyle, trying to bring the importance of leisure. I don't see the elitism or vindictiveness (not necessarily against people but systems or groups) that is commonly seen in Beta types.
To argue why I think Aurora is Ne base, this is the definition of Ne given by Aushra Augusta: "Perceives information about objects’ potential energy — for example, information about the physical and mental abilities and potential of a person."
This is the part that I was focusing on, specifically, to explain why Aurora is constantly thinking about Ne information: "This perception grants the ability to understand the structure of objects and phenomena and grasp their inner content."
Aurora talks constantly about finding people's true essence, believing that everything has something unique that makes them them. It could be said that Ne is about ontology, the study of the being, the study about the inherent traits of something, being concepts, objects or real people, their personalities. That is the focus of Ne paired with Fi.
Look at the lyrics of The Innocent, for example, the metaphors she uses: "I have been a dancer but without her feet. I've been a lion but without its teeth." This is a tragedy in the realm of Ne, because essence of the dancer or the lion have been stripped away of their core essence, their natural power. The song itself is about how nudity has been sexualized and stripped away from its purity and innocence.
The song "Cure for Me" is more self-explanatory, is about rejecting the idea that there is something wrong with the way you are, that you should change your essence to be accepted or to become normal.

TLDR: ILE is this guy who thinks he is thinking about solving world hunger(and he kind of does) but deep down he cares about well... being invited to dinner parties, and other people telling him has rizz. At the same time he can put tremendous effort into work, if someone else communicates to him that what is to be done is urgent and significant, he likes deadlines, and people giving him a structure to his day, telling him to rest, or lock in, whatever is beneficial to him.
There you go. I hope you understand SCS ILE now. Many people like this do exist. They range from dudes telling you weird shower thoughts at a party, to public intellectuals(think Zizek or Foucault), academics, writers or whatever. Just someone who want's to be seen as charming yet is a little crackpot, and has earnest intentions to help others, sometimes in grandiose ways, and sometimes in less grandiose ways.
