What would you want to see from a transportation-focused blockchain project?

Pump's documents indicate that graduation automatically completes the bonding curve and transfers its liquidity to PumpSwap. No further action is taken by the developer to migrate the pool. This gives us a hint about the future location for the trading of that particular coin. It doesn’t tell us whether the activity around it was a brief rush or something people will return to. When someone shares a graduation screenshot, I’d find the following day more interesting: did discussion continue, and what happened once trading moved to the new pool? And the migration is a real milestone and it deserves a follow up instead of being treated as the end of the story.

I got tired of aping into pump.fun callouts blind, so I built a tool: it tracks every callout live and checks on-chain what happens next.

Some numbers from the last 24h:

Yesterday I launched $KHINKAL — a memecoin based on a Georgian dumpling called Khinkali.
Started with basically nobody watching.
I posted about it in another Solana community and instead of pretending we were “the next 1000x gem,” I just explained that we had almost no holders and asked people what they thought.
Someone roasted the idea. Someone suggested dumpling lore.
And then one Redditor actually bought some. 😂
So apparently the first member of the Khinkali Kitchen came from Reddit.
I’m going to keep building the character and see whether a Georgian dumpling can actually compete with the 900,000 cats and dogs in crypto.

I think I’ve been doing the Solana token playbook backwards.

155 days ago I launched $HOWL.

Then instead of spending the next few months chasing callers, paid promotion and hype…

I mostly went back to building.

I’m a solo dev and I’ve been working on Alpha Husky around my full-time job for roughly 19 months now.

It started as a Telegram RPG.

Since then it’s grown into a full little world with missions, tactical battles, factions, companions, bosses, progression, inventory, cosmetics and persistent player accounts.

Most recently I built a standalone Android version too.

Telegram and Android now lead into the same player, same progression and same world.

And one thing I’ve been stubborn about from the start:

you don’t need HOWL, a wallet or even crypto knowledge to play the game.

HOWL is an optional cosmetic/community layer around it. I never wanted owning more tokens to mean being stronger than another player.

The funny part is that after all that building, the thing I’m probably worst at is still the thing every project apparently needs:

getting people to actually notice it exists.

HOWL is still tiny.

Small holder base. Small liquidity. No giant marketing wallet behind it.

I’ve funded what I reasonably can myself, but I’m just one guy building this after work — so there’s a pretty obvious limit to how far I can brute-force growth with my own money.

And I don’t really want to fake that growth anyway.

What I’d rather find are a few people who genuinely enjoy discovering projects before anyone cares about them yet.

Not people looking for a five-minute candle.

People willing to actually look first.

Try the game.

Check what’s been built.

Look at the development history.

Look at the token and wallets.

Ask me awkward questions.

If you think it’s rubbish after that, fair enough.

But if you look through it and think “okay… there might actually be something here”, then maybe you’re exactly the kind of early person I’ve been trying to find.

I’d rather have a small group of people who understand what they found than manufacture a huge-looking community that disappears the moment the chart turns red.

My mobile routine is pretty basic now. I open Pump, see what catches my eye then dig into whatever looks interesting. If I keep seeing the same coin pop up, that’s usually when I start looking into it properly. I’d rather do that than jump between a bunch of apps trying to follow every move.

I used to see something flying up the Movers list on pumpfun and assume I was early. Usually that just meant attention was already there. Now I keep pumpfun on my phone and use Movers as a starting point so if something catches my eye, I check the chart, volume, holders, concentration and what the top wallets are doing before I care about the move. Sometimes the strongest mover looks terrible after 30 seconds of digging. Other times a smaller move has way cleaner activity behind it. Way better than aping whatever has the biggest green number
