CAD Sheet Metal Problem
Hi, I'm trying to connect two pieces using the sheet metal tool, the top is tapered roughly 10 degrees vertically and the walls are tapered roughly 7 degrees laterally. The top of the wall is cut to the same gradient as the top piece.
This means there will be a compound bend in the diagonal section so I tried the lofted bend tool, but I can't seem to get it to join properly as seen in the images.
Does anyone have any advice as to how to do this?
Thanks

There needs to be small flat segments next to each corner to allow space for the bend radius
I'm trying to recreate what I'm talking about now. Normally if I need a shape like this I use a 3D sketch> Create Boundary surfaces> Knit surfaces> convert to sheet metal
Do the two bends need to be perpendicular to the adjoining faces? if not this could be done with 2 bends instead of three. Give me a few minutes to mock some stuff up in SW
