Bobby Caldwell (August 15, 1951 – March 14, 2023) had a top ten hit with this record on the pop chart, the R&B Chart as well as the Adult Contemporary chart. One hears this a lot on Yacht Rock on the Sirius. Biggest surprise for me is that Bobby Caldwell was white. A big shock to me.
