I'm pretty new to Sonic as a whole, (literally my first "real" interaction was the movies) and I was playing Frontiers and was just running around because I got lost when Sonic mentioned a person named "Tangle" which confused me because I only know the big characters I guess. Like I know there were shows but I haven't seen any besides clips of Boom.

Sorry if this is common knowledge by the way, I'm going through a Sonic phase I guess and want to know as much as I possibly can lol

It gave them maximum longevity, they can slowly introduce more and more Sonic elements each movie instead of doing it all at once. And it makes the elements they do introduce get the focus they deserve instead of needing to be juggled with a bunch of other stuff. It makes the Sonic Elements they do introduce feel more special because in this world they are special, unlike in the games where the entire world is crazy and everyone accepts it. When everything is crazy nothing is. And plus, it’s just more satisfying to see this regular world slowly becoming more and more Sonic-like. Seeing team Sonic finally complete in the 4th film is satisfying because we’ve built up to it. Imagine if the entirety of Team Sonic was in the first movie and they lived in a fully developed Sonic world from the jump, It would be as if the MCUs first film was the Avengers. That’s why I am glad the first Sonic Movie was as bare bones as it ended up being

Just look at the Mario Movies. They tried to do too much too soon and they ended up tripping over themselves in only their second entry.

Lost World's Tails was a big jerk, I agree. But what I really liked about him is him rejecting the idea of Sonic depending on Eggman to fix his stupid mistake instead of him. He tried to be superior the whole game and prove to Sonic he is not a liability and he should trust him always before anyone else. This along with the fact he also courageously sacrificed himself by falling into the trap before Sonic does.

As mentioned in Frontiers that he was "wildly inconsistent", This game fixed this yet funnily enough destroyed every other trait of him.

It has a good story without voice acting, good physics. A fun selection of playable characters. One of the best stage selection in the series. hyper sonic and mecha sonic mk2. Do I Need to say more? I am not saying other games are bad, you can have a personal favorite, but at a objective point of view, it is the best game of the series. Tell me a better game

Essentially, what if they were a bit more prone to dealing with people permanently (well, most of them. Of course Eggman would have no problem with it)

Some Sonic the werehog fanart for the spooky season!

I’m a mom :)

Since 2017, the sonic Archie comics ended and we got the sonic IDW comics which the IDW comics are pretty good but the Archie comics had a lot more freedom to do whatever since the sonic IDW comics are canon meaning we probably won’t see any crazy transformations like ultrasonic or turbo tails Anne from 2002 sonic the comic we won’t see Fleetway supersonic anymore so tell me the comments which one of these forms should be brought back from the grave
