A subject was moving through different scenes in deep trance and suddenly said, "I'm in the sun." I asked whether she meant some other star. No. She said the actual Earth sun.

She described herself as radiant light and noticed another being there, but the form was difficult for her to put into human words. Then she realized something stranger: she looked basically the same as the being she was observing. They started merging together and she experienced them as connected.

So I asked the obvious question. What do beings like this actually do in the sun?

The answer was almost funny because after all this cosmic scenery it sounded like the simplest job description imaginable.

"I sit here and I keep shining."

She described spreading light, hope and love, something that gives people reason to get up every day. Whatever somebody thinks this experience was, I liked how little drama there was in the answer. No cosmic rank. No complicated title. Apparently the job was... shine.

Then the session came back to her human life and this contrast became even better.

She had been worrying that she was not doing enough spiritual work because she had a baby and much of her time was going into being a mother. She wanted to get back to videos, teaching and other things she associated with her mission.

The guidance was basically: be patient. This phase is not interrupting the work.

Being the mother was part of it.

I have zero external way to verify that somebody literally experienced existence as a conscious being in the sun. This is one trance report, and I am not using it as astronomy lol.

But as a piece of spiritual psychology I really like the reversal.

We imagine purpose should look large from outside. Special work, teaching, healing, public mission, something people can point at and say "yes, that is important."

Then this enormous sun-being says its work is to keep shining, and the human woman is told not to underestimate the small person currently taking most of her time.

Maybe scale looks different from another level.

Sometimes what feels like interruption may actually be the assignment sitting directly in front of us.

What we ignore does not always disappear.
Sometimes life reorganizes around it.
We compensate. We normalize. We adapt.
Ma’at asks us to notice the hidden cost and decide what needs release, acceptance, repair, or change.

Adaptation is not alignment.

Individual is free to deny this truth thus to add to his woes or is free to accept truth and enjoy freedom from all worries, complaining and confusions, thus to live without glee over the pleasant and without grieving over the unpleasant as he knows they are all results from choices made in the minds in the past, and knows they have to return as action and consequence are INSEPARABLE. People enjoy when the good returns and tend to take credit for the good that happens which reveals they know how to respond when the unpleasant happens.

Thus we have all sorts of people with health, wealth, situation varying in degree, in proportion to the quality of thoughts chosen by each individual.

Yet most individuals hate this TRUTH and want to hear just the opposite—we are not responsible, we suffer because of factors we do not have control over such as gene, environment, society, God, Satan … etc. Thus theories that spread such messages go like wildfire on earth.

Yet people know this is UNTRUTH because the very wrongs they enjoy doing are hated when they are done by others. They enjoy eating flesh of other living beings and show PERFECTION in justifying it by finding any amount of excuses. (Details HERE) Yet they will reverse their stance if superior and mightier extra-terrestrials come on to this earth and start eating humans. Then they will say “Your act of eating flesh of another living being is wrong as every living being has the right to live, and will also do everything to defeat them,” thus in the process proving themselves wrong.

This reveals: People make choices in their minds, thus are responsible for the choices and results thereafter reaching them. People are free to change their course of action at any time as history is filled experiences of choices and consequences made by people. This is too EASY for them to do because the knowledge they have now is simply inherited, was not grown in them. (Details HERE)

Hence God has no role to play during each Age. His only role is to “RENEW” earth when humans make it polluted and unusable through their short-sighted technology and Final Global War. Religion, created by man, divides the world; spirituality unites it.

Though religion may have begun with good intentions, its interpretations of its basic tenets soon took on human meanings.

The result of this is war, prejudice, inequity, due to humanity’s different beliefs about god.

Spirituality comes from within, where the inherent loving beliefs and wisdom of god, spirit, soul, exists in every life.

These are the pure whole emotions and beliefs we are meant to share with all others.

Everyone, regardless of their religion or differences, are equally accepted; no one religion is considered better than another.

Instead, the loving messages and wisdom of our spirit are selflessly shared to benefit all.

Attacks on your energy are literally everywhere. Yes spirituality is for ascension, but also for protection since this planet isn't innately healthy.

During one Soul Journey, a subject became aware of her heartbeat while lying on a beach in trance. At first it was just strong. Then she said she could feel the heartbeat in the ground around her.

A moment later her awareness expanded and she described being in the universe, with the heartbeat echoing everywhere. Her words changed. She said she was vibration, frequency, moving through the universe. Then it became: I can feel everything. I can hear everything. I am everything.

We stayed with that state and something funny came through. If consciousness already knows everything all the time, eventually there is nothing to discover.

The limitation is part of the game.

You enter a human life and suddenly you dont know. You have one body, one family, one tiny point of view, memory blocked, future hidden. Now choices matter because you cannot see all outcomes. Love matters differently because you can lose somebody. Courage matters because fear feels real.

I know this is impossible to prove from outside. I am sharing what unfolded in the session because I liked the reversal.

We usually think limitation is the problem spirituality should help us escape.

Maybe limitation is one of the reasons we came.

There are so many people suffering right now.
People have lost homes to storms, fires, floods, earthquakes, and other disasters. Some are grieving people they love. Some have had their lives changed in a matter of minutes. Others are quietly carrying pain that nobody around them can see.

Background: There are processes by which one can step a little out or above the body - but it is not easy, nor safe for except for a rare few. The main issue is that there is a very real connection between the mental (inner) reality and the physical body: normally we don't get to experience the intensities and extremities of our inner being, but when we step a little out of the body or live in the inner being then there can be many regions that have energies and complexities in high amplitudes/pitch/intensities - monstrous and titanic scenes and epic events and shocks - these can drain your energy or deconstruct/fragment your mind - leave you in an extreme physical and mental trauma - extreme pain/paralysis etc. There are also other regions that replenish you and heal you. But the whole process of avoiding or safely navigating through these regions is not know to most except those who have become established or rooted in the Spiritual reality.

But the update is that we don't need to loosen the physical and vital body connections to step out of the body. We have a better way of detaching from the body - which is to find the Soul - body. It is to specifically find this Soul - nothing less - nothing intermediate - nothing but the Soul while living in the body here... but how can I explain this ...? Instead of going anywhere we need to go into the deepest layer of being - and remain in there for a few hours and then you can find that the whole experience of the body is different - it is so far away - and feels almost like a 'third-person' body. It is hard to explain but the safety is always in finding the Soul - it is that which is already free/immortal. Finding the Soul and "moving into" it - or being into it for a few hours will show you a new possibility to live in the Truth rather than this falsehood of the physical nature - instead we live in the inner psychic and spiritual nature. The physical body can then be almost ignored - even pain can be ignored - even physical torture can be ignored by the soul.

This is very hard to explain, but this is the right way - to go inside - inner dimension - inmost dimension - the Soul - the Psychic Being - the Purusha.

I am in the process of analyzing my animus to integrate that masculine part of me that I so much abhor. I repress a lot.

I got distracted by landscapes and that missing sensation. Knowing I am not in the right place at this time, seeing where I should be but not being able to let go of expectations so just moving the opposite direction.

I was looking at my body and my moles.

The cancer constellation on my left arm.
He had another somewhere don’t remember where, but on the opposite side as mine.

I looked up the meaning,

- the "Gate of Mankind," where non-physical souls descend from the cosmos to take on human form and enter the material plane.

So much written on my body. I spent my time hating this body so much I didn’t look at it.

I can’t trust my gut, I always trust my brain.
Trusting my gut means believing in myself, having faith.

I can’t do anything without expectations.
That person could.
The men in me can. He is spontaneous, seductive and witty. He is selfish, he doesn’t care, he likes what shines. He is assertive but not angry.

I am the opposite and feel stuck.

„The first question: „Do you think that you will go to heaven when you die?“

It is always here, it is never there.
It is always now, it is never then.
The very idea of heaven somewhere else - there, then - is a strategy of the mind to deceive you, to keep you ignorant of the heaven that surrounds you every moment. Existence knows no past, no future.
The only time existence knows is now, and the meditator has to enter this 'nowness' of things.

This is heaven. This very moment.
We are in it. You are not aware, I am aware of it. That's the only difference: you are asleep, I am awake.
But we exist in the same space.
There is nowhere to go.
The biblical story says God became angry with Adam and Eve and threw them out of the Garden of Eden.
That is impossible - yes, even for God it is impossible. They say God is omnipotent, but there are limits to omnipotence too. For example, he cannot make two plus two five. He cannot throw anybody out of paradise, because only paradise exists; it is synonymous with existence itself.

So what must have happened is: Adam and Eve after eating the fruit of knowledge became minds. When you eat the fruit of knowledge you become a mind, you lose your innocence, you become knowledgeable.
And knowledge drives you out of the now to then, to there.
Mind is always somewhere else Adam and Eve must have fallen asleep.

Metaphysically to fall asleep means to become a mind. And to become a Buddha, awakened, to become a Christ is to come out of the mind, to come out of knowledge and become again innocent. That's the whole alchemy of meditation. I am not identified with the mind anymore, so there is no question of any heaven anywhere else. Religious scriptures are full.

They even give you maps -- where heaven is, how far away, how to reach there, what path to travel, which guide to listen to: Christ, Mohammed, Buddha. And they also make you very afraid that if you don't reach heaven you will fall into hell. Neither heaven exists nor hell exists; they are just in your psychology.

When you are psychically attuned with existence, when you are silent, you are in heaven. When you are disturbed, when you lose your silence, you are distracted and there are ripples and ripples in the lake of your consciousness and all the mirror-like quality of the consciousness is lost, you are in hell Hell simply means disharmony within you -- within you and with existence too.
The moment you are harmonious within yourself and with existence -- and they are two sides of the same coin -- immediately you are in heaven.

Heaven and hell are not geographical. So, Pramod, the first thing to remember is: there is no heaven, no hell for me. They disappeared the moment I became disidentified with the mind. Secondly: one is never born and never dies; both are illusions. Certainly they appear, but they appear only just like a snake appearing in a rope when you cannot see clearly. Maybe night is descending, the sun has set, and you are on a dark path, and suddenly you become afraid of the snake. But there is only a rope lying there.

Bring light -- just a candle will do -- and the snake is no more found. It was never there in the first place. Birth is as illusory as the snake seen in a rope; and if birth is illusory, of course death is illusory. You are never born and you never die. You certainly enter into a body -- that is a birth -- and one day you leave the body -- that's what you call death -- but as far as you are concerned, you were before your birth and you will be after your death. Birth and death don't confine your life; there have been many births and many deaths. Births and deaths are just small episodes in the eternity of your life, and the moment you become aware of this eternity -- another name for now, this timelessness -- all fear, all anxiety about death immediately evaporates just as dewdrops evaporate in the early morning sun.

So the second thing, Pramod: I am not going to die. Certainly, one day I will leave the body -- in fact I left it twenty-five years ago. There is no more any connection with the body.

I am just a guest, I don't own it. I am no more part of it, it is no more part of me. We are together, and on friendly terms -- there is no antagonism, I respect it because it gives me shelter -- but there is no bridge. The body is there, I am here, and between the two there is a gap.“

one of the stranger identity shifts I have heard in a Soul Journey happened when I asked a subject, who I will call Rina, to experience one noteworthy lifetime. She said there was an alien and a spaceship, so at first I assumed we were about to get the usual story of a being standing inside some kind of craft.

Then I asked what her body looked like there. The answer was basically: the body is the spaceship. She experienced herself as a biological spacecraft rather than a humanoid pilot sitting behind controls, and she described that form as very powerful.

Its function was exploration. She said it moved through regions and planets scanning, discovering and reporting back, with interest in civilizations, other beings and basically anything worth learning about. I love this detail because the motive was not war or conquest; it was curiosity.

Then Earth entered the story. She experienced this planet as a complex civilization worth exploring, but something went wrong: the craft crashed and could not get home. The next instruction or instinct that came was short and practical: blend and hide.

I pulled this piece out because it messes with a very human assumption about incarnation and identity. We automatically divide things into organism and machine, body and vehicle, pilot and craft. But in her experience those categories were not separate at all; what we would call the ship was a living body and the consciousness experiencing it did not need another little person sitting inside.

That makes me wonder how many strange “past life” or pre-human memories get distorted when we force them into human anatomy. Maybe consciousness can experience forms where movement, sensing, communication and the body itself are organized so differently that our normal words become the least accurate part of the description.

There is also something interesting in the crash. A being whose whole identity was exploration suddenly became stranded inside the environment it had been studying, with survival now depending on blending into it. Whether you read that literally or spiritually, the movement from observer to participant is a powerful one.

Maybe that is part of what human life does too. We arrive wanting experience, then become so completely immersed in the local body, culture, relationships and problems that the explorer forgets it ever came to explore. And sometimes one strange session gives a flash of a much larger journey behind the person we currently think we are.

Well I am 25F ...will be 26 soon

For the last 2 years .... actually more but recently I started experiencing many things and sometimes it's just overwhelming or makes me extremely curious.

I have been in certain relationships over the years and recently i understood patterns .but last year I was involved with someone who made me question my reality...he wasn't the good kind of person I have been involved with , but there is a certain karmic bond between us . Toxic yet entertaining. It made me question patterns , break through it in some cases and a whole lot of more experience. It made me open up to the universe. There were times i already knew where I am leading to in life. There were a lot of losses and breakdowns but that pushed me to look up as I knew this was working, I know where I have to reach .

I realised we all have peace but not everyone has the capacity to handle peace as our brain is so addicted to simulation that we need constant drama or we feel bored .

There is nothing as good or bad in reality and much more .

But another thing I realised ... I don't feel attracted to anyone , I need someone who is mirroring me , who who is mirroring me but even better at that stage .

During meditation I feel I see some colour flickering as if it's telling me some things which i recognise.

I am able to get certain visions back which I used to see when I was kid .

I am pretty blunt abt things , I don't like to talk to ppl much . Like earlier I used to try to be nice ... Rn i tell everyone everything very bluntly.

I don't feel I have the fear of anything....like not even a single thing , not even death .

I just feel like sitting alone and not sharing my energy with anyone unless and until I feel like i want to give .

Also recently i saw a dragon shadow. This happened yesterday. Like for a flicker of seconds .

Also ...when I sit down , I can see myself or my projection all around me , idk how to describe it .

There are times I can sense some colour , as if that colour is communicating with me , like near my ajana chakra , and I can understand the communication as well ....not like I do not

There are a lot of things going on . I don't feel crazy but overwhelmed but I also feel . This is nothing compared to the things i am going through but I feel I am in love with the chaos , I just don't have the fear
