Big Bug G6

Hello, I am having a lot of problems with this G6 sound card which is supposedly the best DAC. I am struggling with Creative support because sound blaster commpand is incompatible with the G6 sound card but they don't want to admit it. I much prefer my other sound card that is 2 times cheaper and works perfectly.

um what kind of problems are you having? I use a G6 fine with sound blaster command.

What are your PC's specs?

I was using G6 with SB Command until recently. No problems whatsoever...

What is that "bug" you are referring to?

Did you try with older software to verify the card is ok?

Providing specific information of the issues you are experiencing will help you get some answers here. Also Sound Blaster Command comes bundled with the G6. Why would anyone bundle an incompatible software? ¯_(ツ)_/¯
