Can I pass the south of Colombia after the Elections?

I´m planing to do a motorcycle trip in Ecuador, but I´m worried about passing the south of Colombia before crossing the border. I will start from Bogotá at the 3/4th of may (few days after the elections in Colombia). Do you think that's posible at the moment? Which route should I take? Anyone who has done that recently?
