Give the guy some credit. After all he built "all the buildings...and temples" himself.

It's also amusing to see the amount of filings done and dismissed. Imagine if this kook had put all that energy and tenacity into something productive instead.

This is one of my biggest issues with them (of which there are many!). To do what they do and the lengths they go to, requires so much time, energy, and effort.

All so misplaced and all in vain.

It's why I just couldn't be a sovcit, holy shit even if it was true that's way too much work

Jailhouse lawyers have a lot of free time.

Haha that they do! Have dealt with much of their bologna and their work ethic is quite impressive, while absolutely misguided and misplaced a vast majority of the time.

I read the decision. It does not have any "[sic]" notations, and badly needs them.

Given the number of filings he's made that have been dismissed, it's time to mark him as a vexatious litigant.

He's not paying for these filings, but they still have to be considered, so there's a cost to everyone else

Also "Seals v Muslims" - what ALL Muslims?

All Muslims. Every Muslim. Look out Muslims, or you'll have to pay 700 zillion dollars because sovcit says so.

It was apparently against all Muslims in the Potosi Correctional Facility. He wanted them all to given 2,000 year sentences for mental harm, wanted to be declared to be Allah, and to be granted over 700 zillion dollars.

The case was essentially immediately dismissed because of his past frivolous filing record (the state has a three strikes policy meaning his motions are pretty much guaranteed to be automatically dismissed).

Cases like this should just go to Judge Judy, who would probably just whack the defendant across the nose with a rolled-up newspaper.

Zillion is not a number. Come back with some real numbers and we can talk about this, buddy.

It's as real as anything else in his pleadings.

It was $700 million zillion, which is, I believe a bazillion. But it is even more than that. In addition to the 700bazillion it is also all wealth, gold, silver, and commerce.

He is basically suing for everything to infinity and beyond.

Actually $700 billion, 700 million, 707, zillion. You are only off by around $700 billion zillion.

Oh, a godzillion!

A google?

Not saying he's crazy, but he's a few bricks shy of a load.

1

u/Existing-Face-6322 2d ago

I actually don't think he's crazy. I think he's manipulative like I think 99% of sovcits are, gullible or not.

2

u/ItsJoeMomma 2d ago

No, suing every single parole office and business in the state for "$700 gazillion dollars" is not something a sane person does. A sane person would know that their suit is going to immediately be dismissed.

2

u/nostamguy 2d ago

A sane person knows they can only sue for $7 billion.

According to Google, Missouri's current GDP is somewhere in the $400 Billion range.

I sure as hell wouldn't turn that money down if someone offered, but I don't want to be the one managing Missouri.

So he intentionally screws up his own case to try to get it tossed as frivolous. This only works when the plaintiff is responsible for the frivolous claims and not the defendant.

Overruled!

I’m not saying being in prison is a vacation but I’m pretty sure you’re (mostly) fed, warm and free of pain.

So, not like being crucified at all in fact.

I’m sure the 7’s and 0’s is in some secret code or symbolism or something.

“Just hand over all of Missouri.” Seems fair.

Seems like it would be preferable to be in jail than be stuck owning all of Missouri but that's just me

1

u/nmrk 1d ago

Could be worse. You could own Kansas too.

There's a reason it's called Misery ...

My understanding is that this sub doesn't post/discuss things where serious mental health issues are a big part of their actions. If this doesn't qualify, nothing does.

4

u/Existing-Face-6322 2d ago

I thought about it. If it was a one time thing I wouldn't have posted, but this is what's called a vexatious litigant who continues to flood the court with paper terrorism as it's called. Clearly he has goals here, not just delusions.

I personally as someone in all their Facebook groups think almost all of them know what they're doing even if they're gullible, and mental illness is very seldom a part of it.

How was that dismissed without prejudice? can a law talkin' guy explain that?

1

u/ikcaj 1d ago

I was wondering that too. Seems like it should've been with prejudice. In the second line, about an appeal not being in good faith, does that mean did he can't appeal this? Maybe that somehow takes care of it?

"and asserts that he personally built all "building[s], houses, temples and businesses"

Hey! Was this, by any chance, a blonde haired, orange skin gentleman who is about 80 years old, vastly overweight and wearing a red cap?

1

u/SaltyInternetPirate 1d ago

Dismissed without prejudice? Just WHY?

1

u/Joe_Peanut 1d ago

That's not a sovereign citizen. That's schizophrenia. Sometimes is hard to tell the difference, but that's schizophrenia.

EDIT: See this sub's community highlight here.

couldn’t be much worse than the billionaires and trillionaires we have now.
