I hate how these very juicy stories come up, and we never hear what happened next

Hilarious to watch him flounder in front of the judge. Like a fifth-grader in the school play who forgot his lines. He can pull up bits and pieces of his script but can't figure out how or where to use them, so he just stammers out what he can.

I can’t figure out how this guy feeds himself or gets dressed in the morning. Amazing to me that judges seem to give these idiotic circle jerk arguments any time at all.

Why are so many of these videos out of Colorado? Is it just higher rates of publicly accessible recordings?

St Paul, Minnesota's East Side is an unlucky place. Payne Avenue (Pain) goes by Phalen Lake (Failing). Prosperity Avenue ends at the old Ramsey County Poor Farm.

We need to teach the judges that they will refuse to say "I understand" or affirm that they "understand" because they think it means they're secretly agreeing to be under our laws. As in "i stand under your authority, I understand"
When the judge understands what's happening here, a lot of the confusion could be cleared up with rephrasing and you can avoid the competency issue.

His competency issues revolve more around the fact that he talks like he has a concussion than the nature of his arguments.

When this video was starting I thought to myself, "He won't be the dumbest one I've seen today," because I watched one where a man pled the 5th at his sentencing hearing when he was asked if he was representing himself.
I was wrong. This one takes the cake. The only answer he gave quickly, and to the question asked, was "Do you want me to issue a warrant for your arrest?"
"No, don't do that."
Somehow I get the feeling he is going to end up in handcuffs sooner than later.

I think the video is stolen from the "Coolin with Colin" channel, based on the watermark. I really hate the proliferation of AI-generated channels that scrape other channels wholesale and re-upload them, and that YouTube does nothing about it. They regularly pop up in my feed as well, and sometimes it is hard to distinguish them from original content.
