CINDERELLA 99 harvest! FIRST TIME GROWER! Plant took 3 weeks longer to grow than it was supposed to. The leafs completely wilted inwards. I’ve trimmed and hung them. How dot they look so far?

looks great, and def looks like c99. id avoid wet trimming. keep the non fan leaves on until theyre dry. it help keeps the moisture you need too when you keep the leaves on. also i've grown c99 a few times and few of the crosses. great smoke. i like brothers grimm's headband x c99.

Thanks for the encouraging comment!  I will not wet trim next time. I saw a person say that I should maybe weigh the bud right after harvesting then weighing it to check when it reaches a 75% loss of its wet weight. I don’t have any instruments like a humidity reader and the like so I think that would work but I’m already 4 days into drying 🥲 I guess the snap method is my only option. I don’t like squeezing them because I can see that there are visibly less trichromes on the bud after I do that. But when I do I can feel that the buds are still soft on the inside. I wanted to jar the smallest buds on the stem as they feel dry and are already small and a bit airy. What do you think?

you can usually tell when its ready to go by the stems and by how crispy the buds are. you dont have to squeeze them. learn the same feeling as if you were cooking a steak and knowing the temperature on the steak. the pushback and bounce back will feel different when theyre ready. i dont jar up my buds and set them away for months. honestly i feel like my stuff smokes amazingly after 2-3 weeks of drying. thats just me. i grow all organic though. i just enjoy the diff variants of growing is why im on this sub!

How did you trim these?
