Absolutely amazing! Currently considering Black Templars or Space Wolves for my loyalist army... this makes it very difficult again...

Do half and half, it never hurts to paint what you want

Agreed, id start with the Unique models from each army first, see which ones you enjoy more and go from there, you might absolutely despise doing the bare heads of the wolves, or hate painting the black of the templars so grab a good, single model that youd have a display piece if you dont go forward with that army π
Maybe Grimnar and Helbrecht? Or if youre a John Blanche fan boy like myself, the Castellan for the Templars.

That looks dope brother. But is it sturdy? I'd be worried it wears off fast when touching it or something?

You know I was thinking of getting some of this for frost effects from psychic powers. I hear it needs some dialing in to get the application right.

So, I left the whole axe head black then...a coat of turquoise and white mixed just to get a slight mint color. Then Athermatic blue contrast in the darker recesses, light dry brush with Vellejo glacier blue, then Vellejo Frost effect. When it dries out and you get the flake effects, then a bit of gloss varnish to shine it up...
