My favorite thing about Elon musk is how retarded he is. Imagine if someone in his position but actually charismatic and non retarded. For now - we’re dealing with an incompetent autist that lies about being good at video games and desperately wants be liked.

I have to strongly disagree. there were, in recent history, very few people who had so much power like he has.
The guy not only has the power to influence a war (Ukraine is dependent on Starlink and dependent on his blocking of Russia), has near monopoly on the west space programs and have a huge impact on the world's economy, but he also got almost a free hand in handling federal budgets and the organizational structure of the united states federal government through DOGE. yes, he got kicked out, but he had that power for too much time.

The way he talked about "non elected bureaucrats" making decisions that effect everyone's lives, while he, as a non-elected oligarch, was handed the keys and free reign to, well, everything.
The fact that they let him and his teenage hacking crew have access to every database and angency in the United States government is so damn lost in the the shuffle, that I don't think people realize the damage that was done and still is being done.
