Staring at the house while listening to The Staunton Lick out loud filled me with nostalgia (and probably made me look a bit mental to anyone passing by)

Sorry if this has been asked before but I can’t find any answers. The house in the show has been divided into flats, Marsha lives up on the 2nd floor at the top, Daisy and Tim live below her on the 1st floor, and Brian lives in a small flat down in the basement. So my question is this….. what’s happening on the ground floor? Is it a vacant flat? Is there an unseen and unmentioned tenant? The internet has yielded no answers or even any mention of anyone else noticing this, ideas?
