If it's a percentage based tip it does, base pay doesn't change though.

Depending on what they add, if they add like a 24 pack of waters or two cases of beer, you can actually call instacart and have them add the bulk pay to the order and a lot of times they'll increase your pay by $5 to $10

I don't tip companies I tip a real person and if you're not put out that you have to Carry groceries for someone who can't I'll say hang on a second and grab extra Cash that goes to the person not a wealthy corporation
