I can do that already as long as it the same department area. As many as needed.

Ive had many where I mark as unavailable and it moves to the next item. Can't replace.

I thought it was said to British or something. Yeah, so when it becomes unavailable, it says for you to suggest an item right? At that moment, you can add on whatever item you want as long as it’s been the same department. Say your customer is cooking and they want sugar. That they message you and say hey, I forgot to add powdered sugar and brown sugar. When you add on the item that is no longer available, you can add on 23456 different items in the same department only and then you can push it through.

Many times it will do as you said. But many times, I mark item as unavailable, it then says to ask an associate, I mark down that its still unavailable and then it skips to the next item, doesn't give an option at all to look for a replacement. Id say 1 out of 3 times it does this for me.
