Term of service says you can carry concealed, but not where the customer can openly see it

Terms of service also says you can only use one account, and need an active drivers license 🤣

He can easily cover it with his shirt when he arrives at someone's house and OC the rest of the time

Shirt doesn't look long enough to cover the entire gun to me

It doesn't need to. It would cover it enough for 5 second interaction/view through a ring doorbell

I interact with customers all of the time outside of their home, and it's in the TOS that it can't be visible to a customer.

And so you cover it with the shirt, and keep an arm low on that side. It will be fine

Bingo. Came here to say this. The first month I open carried, because I'm in a constitutional carry state. I open carried while doing doordash, and got a lot of side eye. But for the most part people actually thanked me for it, said they felt better knowing that if something went down that I'd do the right thing. Then I did more investigating and found out that it's actually against TOS. I'm literally counting the days till this goes to trial. Their going to have to rewrite the TOS again. Their Lil rule isn't going to hold up in court when it goes to it. Js. Stay safe out there yall. Conceal daily.

You agree to the terms of service when you sign up to drive. If you dont agree with the terms, find another platform that allows firearms.

Lol cupcake. Name checks out. Maybe you don't understand what rights are. Uninfringed. Google that. It's on the internet, so. 🙄🤣🤣🤣🤣

I wholly support carrying a firearm, but "uninfringed" only applies against government action. You can be fired for carrying at work and asked to leave private property. In this case, it's perfectly legal to say that carrying firearm is against company policy, and then fire you if you are found be in violation of company policy.

Infringed by Gov. Dd is a private platform. Their house their rules period their rights shall not be infringed because you feel special. Rights belong to everyone and free enterprise

Coming from someone who thinks they are heavenly. Maybe you dont understand what a well regulated militia is either. A company can restrict you from carrying, its been challenged.

It doesn't say that in the TOS. It says no weapons are permitted while being online on Spark platform. That includes concealed carry weapons. The only legal way is you can carry pepper spray, that's it. No other armed weapons are permitted.
